Sidhu Damdami is Editor of Punjabi Tribune

Chandigarh, July 31
The Tribune Trust has appointed Mr G.S. Sidhu Damdami Editor of Punjabi Tribune. He will take over the new charge tomorrow, Mr H.K. Dua, Editor-in-Chief of The Tribune group of newspapers, said here today.
Mr Sidhu Damdami succeeds Mr S. S. Bhullar, who retired as Editor, Punjabi Tribune, today.
Mr Sidhu Damdami is a writer, poet and journalist with 25 years of experience in the media. He has been Editor, Sankh (Punjabi Literary Magazine), Channel Head of Lashkara TV, Chief of News TARA Punjabi TV, Punjab State Correspondent, Prasar Bharti and Assistant Editor, Yojna (Punjabi).
Mr Bhullar, who worked 24 years in Punjabi Tribune, was given a warm farewell by his colleagues at Chandigarh Press Club today.
